Hi all. I'm looking for a recipe to make some banana bread. but please no nuts

Banana Oatmeal Bread
1/3 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
Combine oats and buttermilk, set aside. Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs. Stir in bananas and oats. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt, stir into banana mixture. Spoon batter into a greased 9 by 5 by 3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until bread tests done. Makes 1 loaf.
Here's another one, just leave the pecans out.
Banana Nut Cake or Bread
2/3 cup of shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1 and 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cream sugar, vanilla and shortening together. Beat eggs separately, add mashed bananas, and eggs to sugar mixture. Mix flour, salt and soda together,gradually add to sugar mixture, alternating with milk.Stir in chopped pecans. Pour in loaf pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Banana Cake
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
2 eggs
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting;
1 stick softened butter
1 pkg powdered sugar
1 or 2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
Cake;
Cream together; sugar, baking powder and soda and shortening. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour bundt pan and pour batter into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Frosting;
blend all ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
